Theater
Rows of chairs, no tables. Best for large groups when you expect little or no participation. Your major concern is that your screen is large enough and clearly visible to all.
Classroom
Rows of chairs and tables. Best for a large group and a long session when you cannot set up a U-shape. Suitable for audiences of almost any size for work/lecture. This shape lets participants see one another and the tables provide plenty of workspace.
Conference
Tables and chairs set in a rectangle. Often, this is the only arrangement in a small room. A good format for discussions involving six to twenty people.
Garden Room
Special room arrangements may be made with ample notice prior to meeting date.
